Performance Evaluation System
The Grambling State University (GSU) Office of Human Resources (OHR) continually seeks ways to improve the quality and efficiency of services provided and resources available to GSU faculty and staff. Annual evaluation of employee performance is critical to the continued growth and development of the University. Thus, the Office of Human Resources is in the process of establishing a centralized system that will be utilized in the completion of faculty and staff performance evaluations. The new Performance Management System will be integrated with PeopleAdmin which is currently used for Applicant Tracking.
A pilot group comprised of faculty & staff representatives has been formed to learn, evaluate, and provide feedback regarding components of the new system to ensure even greater effectiveness, prior to release and training of all employees.
